Owambe Saturday
Terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026
Owambe Saturday is a free party game. Owo and Gold are pretend money, so you can't cash them out. Play fair, keep names clean, and only buy things if you're 18 or a parent or guardian says yes.
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and BlackGemera Studios Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with RC number 9924497, of Plot 13 Alimini Street, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria ("we", "us"). By playing Owambe Saturday you agree to them and to our privacy notice.
2. Who can play
- You must be at least 13 to play.
- If you're 13 to 17, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to play.
- To buy anything you must be 18 or over, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Your player
There are no accounts or passwords. Your player lives in the browser where you started. If you clear your browser data or change phones, we can't move your player back. Your guest type and status are picked at random once and stay the same for good.
4. Owo, Gold and items
- Owo is the party purse you plan and spray with. It's fictional.
- Gold is game currency. You get 5 free Gold every day you play, and you can buy more. Gold only unlocks looks, like share-card themes. It never raises your score.
- Neither has any money value. You can't cash out, sell, transfer or swap Owo or Gold for anything outside the game, and we never buy them back.
- What you buy is a right to use that item in the game for as long as the game runs. You always see exactly what you're buying. There are no paid random rewards.
- Spraying in the game is pretend. No real money changes hands.
5. Buying
- Prices are in naira and include all charges.
- Payments are handled by Paystack. We add your Gold once Paystack confirms the payment.
- The Founder's Aso-ebi pack is on sale only until the end of 31 October 2026, and only once per player.
- Our refund policy explains when you can get your money back.
6. The leaderboard and fair play
- The leaderboard resets every Saturday at midnight, Lagos time. Your best score that week counts.
- The leaderboard is for bragging rights. There are no prizes unless we announce a competition with its own rules.
- Don't cheat. That includes bots, changing the game's code, using bugs, or making many players to push your score. We check every score, and we can remove scores or players that break these rules.
- Leaderboard names must not be rude, hateful, or pretend to be someone else or us. We can remove a name at any time.
7. Sponsors
Some things in the game are paid placements by brands, marked "Sponsor slot" or shown with the brand's name. A sponsor's link may take you to another website, which we don't control. Brands that book slots also agree to the sponsor rules on the brands page.
8. Changes to the game
We may change, add or remove features, items and prices. If we ever close Owambe Saturday, we'll give at least 30 days' notice in the game and stop selling Gold from the day we give notice.
9. Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep the game running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other Nigerian law. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
10. Stopping
You can stop playing at any time, and you can delete your player on the help page. We may suspend a player who breaks these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria can hear any dispute.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the game when the change matters. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
